Returns and Refunds
Refunds are accepted up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Items that are being returned must be returned by the customer who is the one to sort out postage and packaging and ensure that the goods return safely. Upon the goods returning to it may take up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
Returns will not be accepted if bags have been opened as this then makes them unusable. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact Jade at firstname.lastname@example.org before you wish to return any goods.
Please ensure you include your order number in the package with the reason. Please also ensure that you safely package any items that you are returning. We are not liable for anything that is damaged while in transit.
If you believe your goods to be damaged or broken upon arrival please contact email@example.com or call on 07712447208 immediately. If any liquid or unknown substance is leaking from the box please isolate the box in a separate container/bag whilst minimising skin contact with the liquid as it could be dangerous. Please keep photographic evidence of any damaged or broken goods as we will ask for proof before return or refund is issued.

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel 3 times. If your delivery has been missed 3 times, it will then be taken to your local delivery hub where it is down to you to arrange collection of your items. If goods do end up being returned to us then you will liable to pay postage for it to be sent back out to you.
